Description
The Javelin was American Motors' entry in the "pony car" field created by Ford's Mustang. This 1971 purple beauty is a fine example, parked in front of the iconic Mickey's Diner in St. Paul, MN. The diner opened in 1939 and is still going strong 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, longer than American Motors lasted.

Thanks much Thomas, always appreciate your comments. This may be the only one I've seen. I was glad to be hired to shoot it by the owner. I think his name was Prince something...
